Leadership

Raimundo Onetto

Principal & CEO

Onetto has 35 years of development experience, bringing over 3,500 units to the South Florida market. An architect by trade, he began his career as the Founder & Partner of the Chilean architecture firm Archiplan. In 2002, he brought his family to Miami and partnered with Terra Group to introduce Archiplan USA. In 2010 he founded Alta Developers.

Ignacio Montes

President

Mr. Montes holds a Business and Economics degree from Universidad Católica de Chile and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. Prior to joining Alta Developers in 2020, Ignacio had over 15 years of finance and investment banking and asset management experience as partner at Credicorp Capital and Link Capital Partners.

Patricio Kreutzberger

Board Member

Mr. Kreutzberger holds a Business and Economics degree from Universidad Católica de Chile. He has been actively involved in the real estate industry for over 25 years. He has participated in a diversity of projects ranging from single-family homes to high-rise condominiums both in the United States and abroad.

Alfonso Peró

Board Member

Alfonso has built a long career in real estate investment since the 1990s. He has participated as an investor and developer in an array of projects in Chile, Perú, Argentina, Colombia, and the United States. Alfonso is the founder of Inmobiliaria Rentas, a real estate investment company, Capital Advisors, and participates on multiple boards.

Andrés Solari

Board Member

Andrés has a Business Administration degree from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and an MBA from Universidad de Los Andes/ESE. Since 2007 he has served as CEO of Holding Algeciras, linked to the Elberg family, which participates in the real estate, financial, food, and automotive sectors in America, Europe, and Asia.

Cristián Alliende

Board Member

Industrial Engineer from Universidad Católica de Chile, MBA London Business School, University of London. From 1998 to 2015, Mr. Alliende was the CEO of Aconcagua, which during his tenure merged with SalfaCorp to become one of the largest real estate developers and construction companies in Chile.

Fernando Garcia

Board Advisor

Mr. García holds a Business degree from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and an MBA from IESE at Universidad de Navarra. Fernando has a strong background in strategic consulting and finance, having held positions at Boston Consulting Group, Corpbanca, and BTG Pactual.

Violeta Horvitz

Board Advisor

Violeta holds an Economics degree from Universidad de Chile. Her background includes a 5-year tenure at Centro de Estudios Públicos (CEP), CFO of Inversiones Inmobiliarias Rentas since 1998, and Controller of Alta Developers since 2014.
